This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have. The controller for that data is the entity named in the Imprint, and the contact point for any question about it is the site editor listed there.

Data you send us

The enquiry form asks for the details needed to answer a first message: your name, how to reach you, and what you would like to ask about. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange care where you ask us to. We do not sell them and we do not use them for advertising.

Where a message concerns your health, that data is a special category under Article 9 GDPR. We process it only with your explicit consent, given when you send the form, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no non-essential cookies before you consent to them. Essential cookies are limited to what the site needs to function.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to answer it and to meet the record keeping periods that Turkish law requires of a health tourism provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of it, erasure, restriction of processing, and a copy in portable form. You may object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to a data protection authority in your country of residence.
